Terms & Conditions

The terms that govern our website design and development engagements.

This page is a configurable template. Review and adapt the wording with a legal advisor so it reflects your business's actual policies and local requirements.

Scope of services

Services are delivered according to the scope, deliverables and timeline described in the written proposal or quotation agreed for each project. Work outside that scope is quoted separately.

Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing content, brand assets, approvals and access to required accounts in a timely manner. Delays in providing these may affect project timelines.

Payments

Payment terms, milestones and instalments are defined in the project proposal. Work may be paused where agreed payments are outstanding.

Intellectual property

On full payment, ownership of the delivered website design and code transfers to the client, except for third-party components, licensed assets and pre-existing frameworks, which remain under their respective licences.

Third-party services

Domains, hosting, plugins, APIs and other third-party services are governed by their own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for outages or policy changes on those platforms.

Limitation of liability

Liability for any claim arising from the services is limited to the fees paid for the specific project, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
